The National Black Public Relations Society (NBPRS) was founded in Beverly Hills, CA in 1987. It is the foremost organization for African-American professional image makers and strategists.  The organization has approximately 500 members. Since its founding, the National Black Public Relations Society has served as an advocate for black professionals in public relations, media relations, corporate communications, investor relations, government affairs, community relations, and related fields.

Black Public Relations Society partners with Milwaukee Arts
Resource Network to present Mark My Words!

The Black Public Relations Society recognizes the importance of spoken word in today’s shorthand social media communications society.  The art form of spoken work forces artists to put their words together, annunciate and typically to address pressing societal issues.

Come and network with local artists and spread the word to your social media personal and professional channels.
